WHO WE ARE - The Realty Group Property Management is a licensed and bonded real estate brokerage and permitted property management company. We are a company you can easily reach and communicate with and more importantly, we keep you insulated from the daily problems of property management. Through phone calls, e-mail, postcards, letters and statements we keep you informed of the status of your property. Working together we will maximize your income, minimize expenses while keeping the property occupied and well maintained. Since 1977 we have assisted investors with acquisition, management and liquidation of investment property. We treat each property as if we own it.

HOW TO START - If you would like to start immediately and are not currently under contract with another property management or real estate company, just give us a call, we will start today! Unfortunately, if you are currently under contract with another company, you must terminate their services according to your agreement with them before we may begin. We will make any transition from another company to our company hassle-free. We will make arrangements to pick up keys, security deposits and all necessary documents from the discontinued company. If you would like us to make the mortgage payments, homeowners association payments or any other periodic invoices such as lawn maintenance, sewer or trash, please let us know.

YOUR COSTS - The Realty Group Property Management does not charge any junk fees. We do not have a set up fee, an annual fee and no lease renewal fee. Our management fee is 10% of the gross rent on all residential properties. Additionally, we have a leasing fee which amounts to 33% of only the first full months rent. When the property is vacant, he owner will be responsible for all advertising costs which typically run approximately $25.00 per week. Call us for fees on our commercial property management.

PET POLICY - The Realty Group Property Management requires tenants with pets to execute an amendment to the lease which specifies the strict conditions under which you the owner may allow pets at the property. This amendment protects you from damages caused by a pet and limits your liability. If an unauthorized pet is found at a property it is cause for immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of all deposits. Because many renters have pets we would encourage you to accept pets, however the choice is completely yours. Because of insurance industry regulations, we will not accept the following pets; Rottwielers, Dobermans, Chows or Pit bulls.
