Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and has worked in real estate in Las Vegas since 1987.

Census figures show the Las Vegas metropolitan area has grown from 750,000 in 1990 to nearly one and half million residents by 2000, with an average annual income of $28,000.¹
