Kirk Niesen, broker/owner of The Realty Group Property Management, was born and raised in South Dakota and is a graduate of Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with majors in accounting and management and a minor in economics. Following his graduation, Kirk pursued a career in retail management while working for one of the nation's largest retailers in South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Oklahoma and Texas.

Seeking a career change, Kirk moved to Las Vegas in 1987 and became a REALTOR™. Kirk started his real estate career with Nevada's largest real estate company, earning many awards. In 1988 Kirk joined The Realty Group. He has enjoyed many years of success in real estate sales and property management while with The Realty Group and in January 2000 purchased the residential sales and property management portion of the business.

Kirk is a member of the National Association of REALTORS™, the Nevada Association of REALTORS™, the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS™, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Kirk is married to Connie Niesen, AIC, an insurance professional. They have three children, Terra, Lacey and Tyler. In his spare time, Kirk can be found enjoying his family life, attending sporting events, cooking and seeking out exceptional real estate deals.
